SECTION 1

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Goizee mobile application, website (goizee.com), or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. During account registration, you are required to explicitly agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy; such acceptance and document versions are recorded atomically with your account creation.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, whether registered or unregistered ("Users").

SECTION 2

Eligibility

To use the Goizee Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country or region.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be a person barred from using the services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not have had a Goizee account previously deactivated or suspended for violations of these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SECTION 3

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of Goizee, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensure you log out of your account at the end of each session.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

Goizee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to maintain only one personal account. Creating duplicate or secondary accounts to evade suspensions, boost Trust Scores, or engage in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 4

The Goizee Platform

Goizee is a local community marketplace and discovery platform that enables individuals and businesses to post, discover, and respond to listings for marketplace items, free/giveaway items, vehicles, jobs, forthcoming local services, and related offerings.

Our core platform features include:

• Browse, search, and filter local listings by category, condition, location radius, and price.
• Post listings for items, free giveaways, jobs, and services with photos, descriptions, pricing, and location details.
• In-app direct messaging between prospective buyers and sellers with built-in moderation safeguards.
• User profile management with Trust Score indicators.
• Deal Radar alerts and push notification delivery for listing updates, chat messages, and platform notices.
• Location-based listing discovery within a user-defined radius.

SECTION 5

Listing Guidelines

5.1 Accuracy and Honesty

All listings posted on Goizee must be honest, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to sell, transfer, or provide the item, job, property, or service described in your listing.
• The item or service is accurately described, including its condition (new, used, refurbished, etc.) and all relevant characteristics.
• The stated price or wage is genuine and not artificially manipulated or misleading.
• All photographs uploaded represent the actual item being listed or authentic work samples.
• The listed location accurately reflects where the transaction, pickup, or service will take place.

5.2 Listing Conditions

When selecting a condition for your listing where condition applies, an explicit and deliberate choice is required. The following definitions apply:

Condition	Definition
New	Brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
Like New	Used minimally; in near-perfect condition with no visible wear.
Refurbished	Professionally restored or factory-refurbished to working condition.
Good	Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear.
Fair	Functional with significant cosmetic wear; defects clearly disclosed.
Used	General used condition; all functional and cosmetic defects must be disclosed.

5.3 Category Accuracy

Listings must be placed in the correct category. Deliberately miscategorizing listings to gain visibility or bypass category-specific moderation rules is prohibited.

5.4 Duplicate Listings

Posting identical or substantially similar listings multiple times ("spamming") in order to increase visibility is prohibited. Only one active listing per item, job, or service is permitted at any time.

5.5 Free Items & Community Giveaways

Listings offered under the "Free" or giveaway category must be completely free of charge. Users may not attach hidden fees, mandatory purchases, or commercial conditions to free listings, or use free item listings as bait-and-switch solicitations for paid products or services.

5.6 Jobs & Employment Postings

Users posting employment opportunities or job listings must ensure all postings describe legitimate, lawful vacancies. Employers may not charge application, placement, training, or equipment fees to jobseekers. All job postings must comply with applicable labor, wage, anti-discrimination, and employment laws.

SECTION 6

Prohibited Content & Items

The following types of content, items, and services are strictly prohibited on the Goizee Platform:

This list is not exhaustive. Goizee reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any listing or content violates these Terms or applicable laws, and to remove such content without notice.

SECTION 7

User Conduct

All users agree to use the Goizee Platform lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or unsolicited contact: Using Goizee or in-app messaging to harass, intimidate, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse any user, or sending unsolicited commercial spam.
• Fraud and deceptive practices: Engaging in price manipulation, false advertising, fake listings, phantom jobs, fee-charging scams, or bait-and-switch tactics.
• Prohibited messaging content: Sending messages or sharing media containing sexually explicit, violent, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, business, or Goizee representative.
• Solicitation outside the platform: Using listings or communications to redirect users to competing platforms for the sole purpose of circumventing Goizee rules or safety systems.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, chain letters, or repetitive posts.
• Data scraping: Using automated tools to extract, collect, or harvest data from the Platform without express written permission.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform's servers, systems, or security features.
• Fake reviews: Creating fraudulent reviews, ratings, or Trust Score manipulations for yourself or others.

SECTION 8

Images, Media & Intellectual Property Licence

8.1 Uploading Images

By uploading photographs or other media to your listings, you represent that:

• You own the copyright to the images or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use and publish them.
• The images are not defamatory, obscene, or violate any third-party rights.
• The images accurately depict the item being listed.

8.2 Licence Grant to Goizee

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Goizee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This licence terminates when your listing is deleted or your account is closed.

8.3 Goizee's Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, platform design, source code, algorithms, and other intellectual property on the Goizee Platform are the exclusive property of Goizee. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Goizee.

SECTION 9

Location Services & Privacy Modes

Goizee uses location data to power local discovery and proximity filtering. We provide sellers with clear location privacy controls:

• Privacy Mode Choice: When publishing an ad, sellers make a deliberate choice between Nearby and Accurate privacy modes. Neither mode is silently selected by default.
• Nearby Mode: In Nearby mode, only a broad geographical location (such as city or broad locality) is published. Precise coordinates are never displayed publicly or shared with buyers.
• Accurate Mode: In Accurate mode, the seller explicitly elects to display their precise chosen location to prospective buyers.
• Honest Location Data: Goizee never presents IP geolocation or saved browsing history as verified GPS coordinates. You may use manual location entry at any time.
• Privacy Protection: Location data is used strictly for local marketplace features and is never sold to third parties.

SECTION 10

Transactions Between Users

Goizee provides a platform for buyers and sellers to discover each other. Purchases, payments and exchanges for ordinary marketplace listings are conducted between users, outside of Goizee checkout. The exceptions are designated Goizee Original physical shop orders and Goizee Premium digital subscriptions, described separately below.

Goizee Original Physical Shop

Selected new physical products sold by Goizee Original have a fixed selling price and an official Stripe checkout. These paid products are separate from giveaway prizes and digital Premium features. Goizee is responsible for fulfilling these orders; they are not payments to another marketplace seller and are not escrow.

Delivery is available to configured, serviceable Indian PIN codes, with shipping origin 500053. The item price, destination-based delivery charge and total are displayed before payment. You must provide an accurate recipient name, phone number and delivery address and review the return/refund policy before paying. The address and policy accepted at checkout are saved with the order. Payment confirmation is determined by the payment provider, not by the buyer's browser redirect.

Goizee processes and dispatches paid shop orders manually and records shipment tracking and delivery status. Cancellation, return eligibility, the request window and return-shipping arrangements follow the policy shown for the order, subject to applicable law. Contact [email protected] for help. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank processing time may apply. Never send a personal bank transfer or pay a QR code or chat link claiming to be official shop checkout.

Goizee strongly recommends that users:

• Meet in safe, public locations when exchanging physical items.
• Inspect items thoroughly before making payment.
• Use trusted payment methods with buyer protection when possible.
• Never make advance payments to unknown sellers without verification.
• Report suspected fraud, scams, or suspicious listings immediately to our support team.

SECTION 10B

Services Marketplace & Forthcoming Services

Goizee includes category support for local services, connecting customers seeking services with independent service providers. Where particular service features are forthcoming, in development, or available in preview, these Terms establish the framework for your participation upon activation.

10B.1 Independent Contractor Relationship

Service providers operate as independent individuals or third-party businesses. Goizee is not an employer, employment agency, joint venturer, partner, or insurer of any service provider. Goizee does not direct, supervise, control, or guarantee the standard, workmanship, or outcome of any services performed.

10B.2 Truthful Qualifications, Licensing & Insurance

Service providers represent and warrant that all stated qualifications, trades, licenses, certifications, permits, and professional experience are authentic, valid, and up to date. Service providers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any legally required municipal, state, or national licenses, registrations, and professional liability insurance.

10B.3 Bookings, Appointments & Performance

Agreements regarding scope of work, timing, location, milestones, and fees are formed directly between the customer and the service provider. Both parties agree to communicate respectfully, arrive punctually, and fulfill agreed commitments in good faith.

10B.4 Rescheduling and Cancellation

If a booking or appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, the requesting party must give reasonable advance notice to the other party. Neither party should cancel appointments abruptly or without justifiable cause.

10B.5 Prohibited Services

The following services are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Unlicensed professional services where licensure is legally required (such as medical, dental, pharmaceutical, legal, or licensed financial advisory).
• Dangerous, hazardous, or illegal tasks without authorized industrial protocols.
• Sexually explicit, adult, or escort services of any nature.
• Services intended to harass, stalk, track, or harm individuals.
• Any service violating local, state, or federal laws or health and safety standards.

10B.6 Safety Precautions for In-Person & On-Site Services

Customers and providers must exercise sound personal safety judgment during on-site, home, or personal visits. We recommend verifying identities, keeping a record of service details, working in safe environments, and discontinuing services immediately if you feel unsafe. Report any harassment or safety threats to Goizee support and emergency authorities.

10B.7 Direct Payments & Fee Responsibilities

Unless an official Goizee checkout is explicitly provided for a designated service offering, all payments, deposits, and fee exchanges occur directly between the customer and the provider. Goizee does not hold funds in escrow, act as a banking intermediary, or guarantee payment or refunds for peer-to-peer services.

10B.8 Disputes Between Customers and Providers

Disputes regarding service delivery, pricing, quality, or property damage must be resolved directly between the customer and the provider. Goizee reserves the right to review reported complaints, investigate violations of these Terms, and take moderation actions including account termination or referral to authorities.

SECTION 11A

Goizee Premium Subscriptions

Goizee Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks the features and limits described in the Goizee Premium screen and applicable purchase flow. Benefits, limits, availability, and eligibility may vary by plan, platform, country, and account status.

• Billing: The subscription price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Apple App Store purchases are billed by Apple, Google Play purchases are billed by Google, and web purchases are billed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled before the renewal date, an auto-renewable subscription renews for the same period and the applicable account is charged by the billing provider. Renewal terms are presented in the platform purchase flow.
• Cancellation: Apple subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription settings, Android subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings, and web subscriptions through Goizee’s billing-management option. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Refunds and chargebacks: Refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks are handled by the billing provider that processed the purchase and are subject to that provider’s policies. Goizee does not promise a refund unless required by applicable law or the provider’s terms.
• Access and expiry: Premium access is activated after the applicable provider confirms the purchase. Benefits may end when the subscription expires, is revoked, refunded, or otherwise becomes inactive. Promotional or gifted access may have a fixed end date and may not auto-renew.
• Restore and account access: Users may restore eligible Apple or Google purchases through the app while signed in to the Goizee account associated with the entitlement. Goizee may require verification with the billing provider and may suspend access where a purchase cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.

Premium subscriptions provide digital features in Goizee and do not represent payment for, escrow of, or delivery of any marketplace item.

SECTION 11B

Features & Service Changes

Goizee is an evolving platform. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or discontinued from time to time. Current features may include in-app messaging, saved items and searches, notifications, Premium subscriptions, listing badges, seller insights, quick replies, and other marketplace tools. Any feature may be subject to additional in-app requirements or terms when introduced.

• Messaging: Direct buyer-seller communication within the app, including moderation and spam controls.
• Listing and seller tools: Listing badges, seller insights, saved quick replies, featured listings, and account-level benefits where enabled.
• Marketplace safety: Reporting, moderation, Trust Scores, and other safety features may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.

Goizee reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 12

Content Moderation, Trust Scores & Enforcement

12.1 Moderation Rights

Goizee reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, reject, edit, or remove any listing, image, or content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, harmful, or illegal. Moderation may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.

12.2 Trust Score System

Goizee maintains a Trust Score system to help the community assess the reliability of sellers. Trust Scores are calculated using factors such as listing history, reported violations, account age, and community interactions. Attempting to artificially manipulate your own or another user's Trust Score is strictly prohibited.

12.3 Reporting

Users may report listings or profiles that they believe violate these Terms by using the in-app report feature or by emailing [email protected]. Goizee will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

12.4 Enforcement Actions

Upon finding a violation, Goizee may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning to the user's account.
• Remove or hide the offending listing(s).
• Temporarily suspend the user's account.
• Permanently ban the user's account and device.
• Report the conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

SECTION 13

Intellectual Property

All content, software, text, images, logos, UI design, and other materials displayed or made available through the Goizee Platform (excluding User-submitted content) are the exclusive intellectual property of Goizee and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended consumer purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Resell or sub-licence access to any part of the Platform.

SECTION 14

Disclaimers & Warranties

THE GOIZEE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, content, or information posted by users.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
• The quality, safety, or legality of items or services listed by third-party users.

Goizee makes no representations or endorsements regarding any user-generated listings. The inclusion of any listing on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Goizee.

SECTION 15

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOIZEE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising out of or related to any transaction or interaction between users, including physical meetings, product defects, fraud by other users, or payment disputes.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content or communications maintained or transmitted by the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 16

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goizee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Goizee Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your listings, content, or representations posted on the Platform.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any transaction or dispute arising between you and another user.

SECTION 17

Account Termination & Suspension

17.1 By Goizee

Goizee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to other users or the platform community.

17.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account closure, your active listings will be removed. Content may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law or for fraud prevention purposes.

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall continue to apply.

SECTION 18

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Goizee, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

For disputes between buyers and sellers, Goizee may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, provide mediation assistance. However, Goizee is not a party to any user-to-user disputes and cannot compel any resolution.

SECTION 19

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of Goizee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

SECTION 20

Changes to These Terms

Goizee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a push notification or email alert to registered users where required.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
